You are required to show a picture of annual vaccination OR titer test done within the last 12 months upon each entry 

1. This package will be registered to 1 household and cannot be shared among friends. 
2. Upon successful purchase of this product, send us the order receipt via whatsapp (91777812) and we will provide you with the instructions on how to schedule your 6 timeslots individually.  
3. Validity period to use the 6 tickets will end on 30th September 2021. 
4. Kindly allow us to revert within 48 hours after you have sent in your order receipt via whatsapp due to the influx of messages.
