House Rules

Your furkid's last vaccination or titer test must be within a 12 months period. 

Have a clear picture in your phone with the date captured clearly to show the staff upon entry. 

You are not required to bring the physical copy. 

Please ensure that your dog has been in good health and free from any open wounds or infections for the last 10 days.

Dogs with vomitting, diarrhea, runny nose, cough, heat, etc. will not be permitted entry. 

Drop us a text on whatsapp at 91777812 if you need to reschedule. 

Please do not feed your furkids 3-4 hours prior to your session as they may regurgitate in the pool.

We have had incidents of dogs regurgitating during their session so we urge owners to take this clause seriously.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot to pee and poo your furkid in the grass area outside our facility. 

Please do so even if he/she has already pooped before coming as the journey to Wag & Wild may be exciting! 

An accidental poop in the pool would mean that we have to shut the pool down for 20 minutes and cause unfairness to other guests.

Please rinse your furkid, especially his/her paws thoroghly at our water points before entering the pool.

If your furkid pees or poos in the premises, please clean up after him/her.

Please inform the staff once you have cleaned so they can assist to further disinfect the area. 

Please stay with your furkid at all times to overlook his/her safety. 

Any aggressive behaviour towards other furbuddies is grounds for dismissal and our staff will not hesitate to enforce that you leave the park if you don't take the necessary steps to prevent fights from occuring. 

Wag & Wild will not hold any responsibility for injuries that occur to your furkid, hence please ensure their safety at all times. 

Wag & Wild highly regards the need for mutual respect and patience between all dogs, customers and our staff. A breach of this rule will not be tolerated and we resevre the right to refute entry or cut your session short.
